We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who brings an active client base and a strong track record in IT staffing or services. The ideal candidate should be capable of onboarding their existing clients, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate business
• Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams
• Drive new requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
• Identify and grow business opportunities within active accounts
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams for seamless execution

Requirements

• Must have active client(s) ready to engage
• Proven experience in IT staffing/services business development
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate revenue from day one
