Industrial Engineering (IE) Manager – Garment Manufacturing

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven IE Manager to improve production efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance overall factory productivity. This role is critical in scaling operations and controlling costs.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork Study & SAM
- Conduct time and motion studies
- Calculate SAM for all styles
- Set realistic production targets
Line Balancing & Optimization
- Balance sewing lines for maximum efficiency
- Optimize layouts for better workflow
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks
Capacity Planning
- Work with PPC team to plan production capacity
- Support line loading and scheduling
Performance Improvement
- Monitor efficiency across lines
- Suggest and implement productivity improvements
- Train supervisors on best practices
Data & Reporting
- Prepare efficiency reports and dashboards
- Analyze production data and recommend actions
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of garment production systems
- Expertise in time study and method improvement
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medium/large apparel factories
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing / Kaizen
- Exposure to multi-style production environments
