Job Description Overview

Cella by Randstad Digital is currently seeking a high-level, conceptual Copywriter to support a premier client in the sports and entertainment industry. We are looking for an agile writer who can lead the narrative strategy for a high-demand peak season from July through September 2026.

This role focuses on the "upfront" season for upcoming sporting events. You will be responsible for crafting the voice, hooks, and platform-level stories that secure major brand partnerships and drive fan engagement.

• Direct Presentation: Present your creative rationale and copy concepts directly to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Versatile Writing: Transition seamlessly between high-level conceptual taglines and detailed partnership narratives.

Qualifications

• Strategic Portfolio: A body of work that demonstrates sophisticated conceptual thinking and the ability to sell a "big idea" through the written word.
• Pitch Mastery: Experience building the narrative arc of a pitch, with a focus on clear, persuasive, and emotionally resonant storytelling.
• Sports & Culture Fluency: A deep understanding of the sports and entertainment landscape, including the ability to write in a way that feels authentic to the game.
• Professional Independence: The ability to work directly from a brief, managing multiple projects and presenting work with confidence and clarity.
