CEDA is hiring a Project Administrator to join our team in Innisfail, AB. This permanent, part-time position working 32 hours per week is ideal for an organized administrator who enjoys supporting busy operations teams and keeping projects running efficiently. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating service orders, tracking project costs, supporting project logistics, and ensuring accurate project administration from start to finish.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch service orders using FieldFX while ensuring compliance with client requirements, contracts, and applicable rates
- Review and process service order documentation, ensuring accuracy, obtaining client approvals, and preparing information for invoicing
- Review timesheets and project costs to ensure accurate billing for labour, equipment, travel, rentals, and third-party services
- Track project costs and maintain accurate records to support Supervisors and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project administration, including training, travel, accommodations, expense reconciliation, and electronic filing systems
- Prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and support ongoing project activities
- Provide administrative support and assist with other duties and special projects as required
Role Specifications
- 2-3 years of related administrative experience in a project, operations, or office environment
- General knowledge of project costs, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and invoicing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables) and Word
- Experience with FieldFX is considered an asset but is not required
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is considered an asse
