Job Description
As an Assistant Manager Accounts, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, treasury functions, and statutory compliance. Your role will involve hands-on execution across financial reporting, vendor management, and banking operations, requiring a strong understanding of IND AS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Banking & Treasury
- Manage Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly
- Strengthen relationships with banking partners
- Handle treasury operations including fund planning, utilization, and cash flow tracking
- Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle
- Onboard vendors, communicate effectively, and reconcile accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain books of accounts end-to-end
- Prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement (CFS)
- Ensure compliance with IND AS standards
- Compliance & Taxation
- Handle GST filings and reconciliations
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
Qualification Required:
- CMA (Qualified / Semi-qualified)
Additional Details:
- Candidates with a strong understanding of accounting principles and IND AS will be preferred
- Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance is a must
- Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential

- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders is crucial
