Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage industrial operations related to e-waste recycling.
- Develop, implement, and optimize hydrometallurgical processes for metal and mineral
extraction from electronic waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for process improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain process documentation, material balances, and production records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in industrial process operations, preferably in metal
recovery, hydrometallurgy, mineral extraction, or recycling industries.
- Strong understanding of chemical process design, reaction engineering, and safety
protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
