Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and passionate Commi 3 Chef / Line Cook to assist in daily kitchen operations. The role involves food preparation, cooking assistance, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards as per the organization’s SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and cooking of food items as per recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines
- Assist in stock handling and minimizing food wastage
- Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Follow kitchen SOPs and safety standards
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
Qualification
- 10th / 12th Pass
- Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (preferred)
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Continental / Indian / Multi-cuisine kitchens
- Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or cloud kitchens
