In partnership with a leading non-profit in the education sector, Catalytic Corps is hiring for the role of

Government Partnership Lead - Telangana

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Government Partnership Lead will play a key role within the state-level Technical Assistance Unit (TAU). This

position is responsible for fostering strong relationships with government stakeholders, maintaining

comprehensive understanding of the Education Department's policies, schemes, and initiatives, and ensuring

alignment between the organisation's programme and the State's Open School Programme objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Government Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the State Education Department including officials, policymakers, and programme managers.
  • Represent the organisation in government meetings, workshops, and other forums

Programme Alignment

  • Ensure alignment between the organisation's programme and the State's Open School Programme

objectives.

  • Collaborate with government counterparts to identify areas of synergy and opportunities for

convergence.

  • Plan and coordinate Government Schemes convergence for open school fee waiver.

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives within the PMU, incorporating

government priorities and objectives into programme design and implementation.

Government Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports and updates on programme activities, achievements, and challenges for

government stakeholders.

  • Ensure transparency and accountability in programme implementation.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Collaborate with government counterparts to establish M&E mechanisms to track programme progress

and outcomes.

  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making at the state and district level.

Collaboration and Networking

  • Represent the organisation in government meetings, workshops, and other forums.
  • Foster collaboration and networking opportunities with relevant stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field. Master's degree

preferred.

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in government relations, policy comprehension, and operations in

underserved areas of Telangana.

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting implementation of educational strategies.
  • Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in English; Telugu proficiency is mandatory
