As an Assistant Manager - Brand Management (Skin) at our Lower Parel, Mumbai office, your role will involve defining and executing the category growth strategy for the category across online marketplaces and D2C channels. You will be responsible for analyzing dashboards, KPIs, and business reports to track performance and implement corrective actions. Ensuring P&L accountability for the category, including revenue, margins, and ROI optimization will be a key part of your responsibilities. Conducting competitor analysis, consumer research, and market trend tracking to identify growth opportunities will also be crucial.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing category growth strategy
  • Analyzing dashboards, KPIs, and business reports
  • Ensuring P&L accountability for the category
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market trend tracking
  • Owning pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies
  • Working cross-functionally with various teams
  • Building strong relationships with marketplace teams

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in category management, brand management, or growth roles in FMCG/D2C
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, performance marketing, and consumer buying behavior
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
