The Role

We’re looking for a Certified Personal Trainer or Registered Kinesiologist who is highly motivated and comfortable taking initiative in both field marketing and client acquisition.

This is not a “clients handed to you” role. You will play an active role in building your own pipeline and be rewarded for it.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing and community outreach (e.g., local partnerships, events, networking)
• Build and maintain your own client pipeline
• Convert leads into personal training clients
• Deliver high-quality, individualized training sessions
• Represent CasaVive professionally in the community

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential and we are open to negotiation on full terms of the contract. Commission is based on who generated the lead and who closes the sale. You will have full access to all leads you generate.

CasaVive will also provide 25% of leads generated by other team members, giving you additional opportunities to sell and train. We will also provide mentorship to improve clinical and soft skills.

This structure rewards initiative, consistency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales or client conversion experience is an asset
• Self-motivated and organized

Pay: $17.20-$60.00 per hour
