Salary: ₹14K – ₹22K In-hand | Up to ₹26K CTC

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who can ensure excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Key Duties:

• Attend inbound/outbound customer calls
• Provide assistance via email and chat channels
• Address complaints and offer quick resolutions
• Record and update customer data
• Educate customers about services/products
• Follow up for feedback and satisfaction

Skills Required:

• Good communication (English & Hindi)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Freshers welcome
