Join us and be a part of our exciting<br>future!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p><br>As an Inside Transportation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely&nbsp;and efficient movement of fleet lease, factory, and consignment vehicles. Working&nbsp;closely with customers, Vehicle Logistics Centers (VLCs), and auction staff, you will<br>coordinate deliveries through our platform Cars Arrive to meet volume and profitability goals while delivering excellent customer service.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br> Serve as the primary transportation contact for assigned auction locations.<br> Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers and vendors.<br> Dispatch vehicle loads to meet proper arrival times and locations.<br> Coordinate with auction drivers to ensure timely vehicle pickups and deliveries.<br> Track vehicle movements and follow up with customers to confirm successful,<br>on-time arrivals.</p> <p> Identify and develop freight opportunities across the U.S to support transport<br>growth and capability.<br> Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain delivery schedules and<br>maximize fleet efficiency.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><br> Experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation coordination.<br> Strong organizational and multitasking skills.<br> Effective communication and customer service abilities.<br> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
