Overview

We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in need of personal care and assistance. Duties

• Assist residents and clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in food handling and kitchen areas
• Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s by implementing memory care strategies and creating a safe environment
• Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and updates in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Engage in light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and ensuring overall hygiene within the facility or home setting

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training or hospice care experience are advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia requires patience and understanding
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and vital signs monitoring is essential for providing safe patient care
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting residents with mobility or transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident’s
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, or overnight as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
