Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking passionate, skilled, and dynamic Online Tutors / ESL Teachers to join our growing team of remote educators. As an Online Tutor, you will conduct engaging one-on-one or small group sessions, deliver customized lesson plans, and ensure an enjoyable, productive learning experience. Key Responsibilities

• * Conduct interactive online English lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• * Develop and adapt lesson plans according to individual student needs and learning goals.
• * Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience and track progress.
• * Provide constructive feedback to help students improve pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• * Maintain consistent communication with students and/or parents regarding progress and performance.
• * Stay updated on modern ESL teaching techniques and educational technology.
• * Participate in periodic training sessions, team meetings, and quality evaluations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field (TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification preferred).
• * Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• * Proficiency in using online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype.
• * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• * Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity toward diverse learners.
• * A reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and appropriate teaching equipment (microphone, webcam, headset).
• Experience
• * Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in an online or ESL environment.
• * Experience with curriculum design or educational technology is an advantage.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible schedule based on your availability and student demand.
• * Options to work part-time or full-time from the comfort of your home.
• * Weekend or evening classes may be required depending on student time zones.
