Responsibilities As an Entry-Level Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing our master data set, developing reports and visualizations, and supporting data warehouse initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include * Data Management Own the master data set, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Review and report findings to relevant stakeholders, explaining data testing and import processes according to guidelines. * Report Creation Develop reports for customers and internal users, providing clarity on trends and areas for improvement. Utilize data analysis tools to create actionable insights and recommendations. * Data Support Collaborate with product owners across various lines of business to understand organizational objectives and prioritize requirements. Support data warehouse initiatives, identifying and revising reporting requirements, and making recommendations for data integrity and normalization. * Business Intelligence Compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations. Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth, and suggest ways to generate sales of existing products. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need * Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field. * 1 Year of Experience As a data analyst or in a related field. * Business Acumen Ability to understand business needs and communicate them in non-technical language. * Strong Communication Skills High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Analytical Skills Proficiency in data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of data visualization techniques. * Collaboration Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Essential Skills * Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts. * Experience with data quality and data governance best practices. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
