Responsibilities As an Entry-Level Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing our master data set, developing reports and visualizations, and supporting data warehouse initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include * Data Management Own the master data set, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Review and report findings to relevant stakeholders, explaining data testing and import processes according to guidelines. * Report Creation Develop reports for customers and internal users, providing clarity on trends and areas for improvement. Utilize data analysis tools to create actionable insights and recommendations. * Data Support Collaborate with product owners across various lines of business to understand organizational objectives and prioritize requirements. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need * Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field. * 1 Year of Experience As a data analyst or in a related field. * Business Acumen Ability to understand business needs and communicate them in non-technical language. * Strong Communication Skills High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Analytical Skills Proficiency in data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of data visualization techniques. * Collaboration Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
