Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker to lead and strengthen our social impact initiatives in Vadodara. This role involves program development, complex case management, NGO collaboration, community engagement, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
1. Program Development & Case Management
- Assess client needs and design comprehensive care, rehabilitation, and intervention plans
- Lead case management for complex and high-risk cases
- Ensure ethical, culturally sensitive, and rights-based service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records
2. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and mentor junior social workers
- Conduct performance reviews and case discussions
- Promote a collaborative and ethical work environment
3. NGO & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with NGOs, community organizations, and government bodies
- Build partnerships for referrals and outreach programs
- Participate in advocacy campaigns and community development initiatives

5. Training & Capacity Building

- Contribute to policy and SOP development
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) – Preferred
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social work, counselling, or community development
- Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations
- Proven leadership and supervision experience
