As a Sales Development Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a motivated and self-driven team player, eager to contribute to a lean and dynamic team environment.
  • Identify and engage with new business prospects based on predefined criteria.
  • Utilize your experience in the technology industry to prospect and sell solution-led deals to C-level executives.
  • Proven experience in SaaS or technology sales, particularly in the Indian market, is preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reaching decision-makers within small and large corporations through different tools and platforms.
  • Engage with prospects and customers through cold calling efforts.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, utilizing the company's CRM system for monitoring.
  • Show operational excellence to consistently meet and exceed objectives.
  • Previous experience in lead generation within the Indian market is a must.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
  • Identify BANT qualified leads and opportunities, and escalate them to the appropriate VPs for further discussions and closure.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mr E, Lusha, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-6 years of previous experience in inside sales.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM systems.
