As a professional in the events management field at a global IT firm, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, executing, and managing end-to-end logistics for physical and hybrid B2B local and regional events to boost brand awareness and lead generation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align events with business goals and support regional event calendars
- Managing relationships with venues, event vendors, agencies, and partners
- Coordinating pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities to ensure the success of each event
- Monitoring event budgets to ensure delivery within budget and ROI
- Tracking and reporting event performance metrics
- Ensuring brand consistency in all event-related communications and experiences
- Supporting contract negotiations and compliance for vendors and partners
- Executing other tactical initiatives for integrated campaigns, including email, content syndication, advertising, direct mail, design, CRM management, and social media
In addition to event management responsibilities, you will also be involved in various administrative tasks and processes. Your success in this role will be supported by your attention to detail, project management skills, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills, both cross-culturally and professionally, will be essential in managing prospect and existing customer communications.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, and/or Hospitality
- 5 years of hands-on experience in field marketing, partner marketing, marketing communication, corporate communications, and/or community-building (B2B marketing preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in physical and hybrid event management
- Knowledge of social media marketing platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube
