Key Responsibilities

- Training & Development: Ensure advisors are well-trained on products, processes, and company values.
- Compliance: Uphold internal policies and external regulations (like IRDAI in India).

- Patient/Client Focus: Ensure agents provide good customer service and connect clients with appropriate health coverage.
