Position Summary
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and executing full-cycle recruiting strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with business leaders to meet hiring goals. This role oversees candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interview processes, and performance metrics while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, training, and performance oversight
· Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets
· Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding
· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
· Responsible for active and passive recruiting by sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools
· Present qualified candidates and gather feedback to refine search strategies
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
· Manage job postings and recruitment advertising on various platforms
· Provide ongoing communication to candidates regarding status and feedback
· Support onboarding processes, including offer letters and documentation as needed
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
· Prepare candidates for interviews, including resume reviews and coaching on client expectations
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process
· Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs
· Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing
· Ensure consistency and compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
· Enhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
· Manage job postings, advertising strategies, and recruitment marketing initiatives
· Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on recruiting performance and hiring progress
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or related field/equivalent experience
· 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
· Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams
· Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluations
· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
· Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
· Experience in high-volume recruiting
· Exposure to compliance-heavy environments or regulated industries
· Process improvement and recruiting operations experience
Salary & Benefits
$80,000 - $85,000 base salary + commissions + bonus (OTE $125,000)
