Job Description
You will be responsible for assisting to manage the Gurgaon Business Finance function in delivering the whole spectrum of financial support to the business, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring timely availability of funds at optimum cost and ensuring prompt servicing of scheduled debt obligations
- Budgeting and forecasting while coordinating cross-functional teams
- Uploading and monitoring budget through system and analyzing variances
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, or annual MIS with analytics and presentations with relevant highlights
- Supporting in project financing, working capital financing, and preparation of reports for funding with banks and Institutions
- Supporting management for decisions like pricing, project evaluation, assessment of funding requirements, etc., including contract structuring for tax effectiveness
- Preparing cash flow projections and other reports to enable decision-making
- Assisting in taxation, finalization of accounts, internal and external audits, etc.
- Leakage management through control mechanism and periodic reviews of revenue, various agreements, recovery, and other one-time assignments
- Preparation of financial models, supporting in analyzing various business decisions through computing IRR, etc.
- Playing a supporting role in various areas of accounting such as accounts payable, project accounts, variance analysis, etc.
- Setting up quality procedures, identifying areas of improvements, introducing modifications, creating awareness to ensure improve existing processes
- Making presentations to explain and highlight plans, deals, projections, etc.
- Overview of company acts and related procedural laws
- Assisting in Mergers and Acquisitions
- Being well conversant with SEZ provisions
Additional Details:
You will need to be an effective source who can motivate, coach, and groom team members to achieve high performance standards and be able to assume heavier responsibilities over time. You should forge effective and collaborative working relationships across all levels of the organization and provide general/ad hoc support to senior management for decision-making.
Qualifications required:
- CA with 5-7 years of experience (Additional CS qualifications are a plus)
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with working in a mid/large size multinational company and group reporting
- Conversant with financial risk management concepts and practices
- Good communication and presentation skills
