Providing high-quality French translations and localization of English content, collaborating with the process team and external language service providers when required.
Revising French content to ensure consistency with brand standards, editorial guidelines and guidance from legal and compliance.
Reviewing French experiences to ensure alignment with the English intent and Enterprise-level requirements.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fast-evolving localization technology and industry standards.
Utilizing Trados Enterprise, our Translation Management System (TMS), for receiving, completing and delivering localization work.
Advocating internally for localization best practices and educating stakeholders on the value and importance of French content quality.
Advocating for the customer and ensuring that communications are delivered in plain language.
Maintaining a fundamental understanding of all products, marketing language, legal disclosures, and various types of Enterprise content (e.g., internal communications and systems).
Collaborating with business partners across the Enterprise to gather and integrate feedback, resolving conflicts/inconsistencies and addressing stakeholder concerns throughout all stages of development.
Being accountable for final approval of deliverables and a last review of the finished product.
Basic Qualifications:
