The Supply Chain Analyst II plays a critical role in enabling Capital Electric’s DCs and branch teams by turning complex data into clear insights, actionable metrics, and decision‑ready dashboards for operations and leadership.
Role Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst II is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and operationally meaningful analysis to support Capital Electric’s distribution centers, hubs, and branch network.
This role partners closely with DC leadership, Inventory Control, Transportation, Safety, and Supply Chain leadership to standardize reporting, monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented role embedded in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver standardized operational reporting and KPI dashboards for DC and branch execution
- Monitor productivity, service, safety, quality, and inventory accuracy performance
- Translate data into clear actions for operational leaders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through performance tracking
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of leadership reporting
- Build decision‑ready views for leadership operating rhythms
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with execution focus
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint capability
- Hands‑on DC / warehouse operations understanding
- Strong communication and influence skills
Preferred
- Power BI and dashboard development experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
