Role Overview:
As a team member at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met and delivering high-quality services to clients while driving continuous improvements. You will have the opportunity to promote teamwork, offer coaching and feedback to a small/medium size team, and collaborate with various functions while managing client relationships at local and regional levels. Your responsibilities will include operating as a Subject Matter Expert / Controller for client-specific applications, analyzing and redesigning processes to drive performance improvement, and staying updated with technological advancements to drive process enhancements within your area of expertise.

- Analyze and redesign processes to drive performance improvement
- Keep pace with technological developments and provide expertise on trends and solutions
- Understand the client system architecture and articulate benefits of proposed technological solutions
- Drive process improvement through technology-related tools within your area of expertise

- Ability to draw insights and make recommendations based on business context and analyzed data

- Implementation and advising on measures to mitigate business challenges
