Patent Attorney

Our client, a leading technology company is looking to hire a Patent Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in Bangalore.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and protect the company’s IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.Lead patent lifecycle management, including drafting, filing, prosecution, and maintenance.Conduct patent searches, analytics, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) assessments.Advise internal stakeholders on IP strategy, risk mitigation, and protection of innovations.Collaborate with innovation, R&D, legal, and business teams to identify and secure IP assets.Handle IP enforcement, disputes, domain issues, and brand protection matters.Coordinate with external counsels and patent agents for filings and litigation support.Monitor global IP developments and regulatory changes impacting the business.RequirementsLLB/LLM from a recognized institution.B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.4–7 years of experience in Intellectual Property, with strong exposure to patents.Hands-on experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and IP analytics.Understanding of emerging technologies such as GenAI, IoT, and telecom.
