Job Description
We are looking for a Field Site Administrator for our May 19 to Jun 6 TA, who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. This role is the administrative engine of our field operations. You won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you will be the primary person managing LEMs, coordinating with crews, and filling the gaps wherever the project needs support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Heavy LEM & Cost Tracking
- Daily LEM Management: Collect, review, and verify Labor, Equipment, and Material (LEM) sheets from all contractors.
- Accuracy Check: Ensure hours, equipment rates, and materials match contract terms before sign-off.
- Data Entry: Input field data into tracking systems (SAP, Track, or Excel) to provide real-time cost updates to the project team.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Work directly with Foremen to fix errors on field tickets immediately.
2. Site Communication
- Act as the "hub" between the field crews and the corporate office.
- Help the Construction Manager or Foreman stay organized with daily reports and meeting notes.
- Maintain an organized trailer office, ensuring supplies are stocked for the 24/7 crew.
Required Skills & Experience
- LEM Experience: You must have a solid understanding of how to read and process field tickets and LEMs.
- Turnaround Mentality: Proven experience working in a fast-paced Oil & Gas Turnaround or outage.
- Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude. You are someone who sees a problem and fixes it without being asked.
- Tech Proficiency: Fast and accurate data entry skills. High comfort level with Excel and site-specific software.
- Field Ready: Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a site trailer and wearing full PPE when moving across the lease.
