Job Responsibilities:
-Perform dimensional and force inspections using checking fixtures, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and force gauges.
- Inspect incoming materials and in-process products; coordinate with the production line for process adjustments.
-Conduct SPC analysis to identify quality issues and support continuous improvement.
-Prepare and maintain inspection reports; report deviations to the supervisor.
Qualifications
1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
2. Able to read and understand GT&T
3.Inspect parts using basic tools(calipers,micrometers,gauges)
4. Proficiency with Microsoft office
5. Perform other duties as assigned
