Your role can be based in multiple locations, such as Toronto, London, Winnipeg, or Montreal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough interviews to ensure quality talent selection
• Educate stakeholders on best practices and interview techniques

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience in Talent Acquisition
• Degree/Diploma in HR Management or a related field
• Adept in candidate sourcing through various platforms
• Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems is mandatory
• Bilingual candidates prioritized for Quebec role
