Position Summary
The CSR would be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, tracking and updating shipment status, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. Your exceptional customer service skills will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Location: Rocky View County, Alberta
Schedule: Days / evening shift available, exact times to be determined
What you will do
- Support warehouse operations team with customer inquires
- Data entry
- Create and submit customer reports
- Provide Operations team with needed reports
- Supply customer delay notifications
- Track and Trace our drivers as required
- Schedule delivery appointments when required
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring

- Proficient in the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with warehouse opertions
