Position Summary
This position will work with the Finance team to analyze and interpret driver trips to ensure the utmost accuracy of our billing and payroll activities. Play a critical role in ensuring that all financial transactions, including customer billing and employee payroll, are error-free and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
Location: Ontario
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours
What you will do
- Audit of unprofitable driver trips to ensure customer billing and driver pay accuracy
- Communicate findings to Billing department and/or Operations when corrections are required and follow up on the resolution, escalating to senior levels when necessary
- Identify systemic issues and action them appropriately
- Maintain impeccable records of trips analyzed, communication logs and the outcome of investigations
- Assist in creation of the audit schedule and determine timing
- Prepare weekly reporting of findings for management

- College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification
