Job Description: The Canada Arts and Wellness Alliance (CAWA), the organization behind Dance on Yonge, Toronto's annual free outdoor dance festival held at Mel Lastman Square in North York, is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Website Development & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time / contract basis.

As our Website Development & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be hands-on building and refining websites. Alongside the website you will support SEO and basic digital marketing efforts to make sure our platform is reaching the right audience online.

Qualifications

• Background or coursework in web development, digital marketing, information technology.
• Hands-on experience with website platforms such as Wix, WordPress.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile is a strong asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital workstreams simultaneously
• Good written communication skills for drafting email content and updating web copy
• Must be available on-site for all festival dates.
