Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties: Accurately scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems (e.g., NSDS, DWS, handheld scanners). Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data. Ensure packages are processed in compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards. Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail to support revenue integrity. Safely lift, move, push, and position packages following UPS safety methods and ergonomics guidelines. Communicate effectively with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors regarding exceptions or system issues. Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets. Report damaged packages, irregulars, or system issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and security procedures. Qualifications: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry packages up to 70 lbs. weight limits. Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning and dimensioning equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.
