We’re looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition professional to drive hiring for our Home Care vertical in Hyderabad.

Role
- Recruit at Scale: Source Nurses (BSc/GNM) and GDAs through personal networks and field sourcing
- Fast Closures: Drive quick lead-to-onboarding conversions
- Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with staffing vendors and agencies
- Field Sourcing: Visit nursing/GDA institutes and skill centers to build a strong talent pipeline
Requirement:
- 4–5 years of experience in Home Healthcare / Hospital Staffing / Nursing Agencies
- Strong existing network of Nurses, GDAs, and healthcare vendors in Hyderabad
- Target-driven with a focus on speed and closures
- Comfortable with fieldwork and ground-level hiring
