Job Description

You will be responsible for managing Influencer & Affiliate Marketing for California Design Den (CDD), a US-based premium home & lifestyle brand. As the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager, your main objective is to build and expand the external traffic ecosystem by partnering with US-based creators to drive high-intent traffic to Amazon and the Shopify store. This role will require operational rigor, relationship management skills, and a technical understanding of attribution modeling to contribute to the brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, vet, and onboard US-based home and lifestyle creators from platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with CDD's premium brand voice.
  • Build and scale the Amazon Influencer Program to drive external traffic that enhances organic ranking and brand presence.
  • Lead the Shopify-based affiliate program (e.g., Shopify Collabs), managing commission structures and partner relationships to generate high-intent DTC traffic.
  • Collaborate with the Content Writer and Visual Designer to provide influencers with briefing packs ensuring brand-aligned storytelling and effective feature callouts.
  • Utilize Amazon Attribution and Shopify analytics to track performance and measure the precise impact of creator activity on revenue, CAC, and LTV.
  • Align creator posting schedules with high-traffic periods, including Amazon Prime Day, Wayfair Way Day, and CDD site-wide seasonal promotions.
  • Secure usage rights for high-performing influencer content to be repurposed in PPC ads, A+ content, and Amazon Brand Stores.
  • Run structured experiments with different creator archetypes and offer types to optimize conversion and ROI.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of the US social media landscape and consumer behavior in the home goods category.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer CRM tools, Amazon Seller Central (Attribution), and Shopify Plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights to track actual revenue contribution and CAC efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills to pitch CDD's value proposition and negotiate with high-profile creators and external agencies.
