Role Overview:

You will be responsible for generating clients for Calibrate by running outbound campaigns and pitching Calibrate's services. Your role will include booking qualified sales calls, helping grow the U.S. client base, and managing client campaigns in a Key Account Role. You will own the day-to-day outbound campaigns for clients, build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns, handle parts of client communication and reporting, and collaborate with client marketing/sales teams. Please note that this is not an entry-level role, and prior experience in running outbound campaigns is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and scaling cold email systems
• Setting up domains, inboxes, and deliverability infrastructure
• Writing & structuring cold email sequences
• A/B testing messaging and angles
• Managing reply handling and follow-ups
• Tracking metrics such as reply rate and meetings booked
• Client reporting & communication
• Collaborating internally on campaign strategy

Qualifications Required:

• Prior hands-on experience in running cold outbound campaigns for clients or your own agency
• Familiarity with tools like Instantly or Smartlead
• Experience in pulling and enriching lead lists
• Proficiency in using Clay (clay.com) for enrichment & automation
• Basic understanding of deliverability (SPF, DKIM, warming, inbox rotation)
• Experience working with U.S. clients is preferred
