Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

  • Administer Windows and Linux servers hosted in cloud and data center environments
  • Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, user provisioning, and access controls
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
  • Manage enterprise storage systems and backup infrastructure
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Clinical Systems & Application Support

  • Provide infrastructure support for PACS, RIS, reporting platforms, and clinical workflow systems
  • Monitor application availability and performance
  • Troubleshoot server, database, and connectivity issues impacting radiology workflows
  • Coordinate with U.S. teams and vendors to resolve production issues
  • Support secure data exchange between hospitals and radiologists

Cloud & Remote Infrastructure

  • Support Microsoft Azure / AWS environments
  • Maintain cloud backups, failover systems, and redundancy environments
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and security alerts
  • Assist in cloud cost optimization and capacity planning

Network & Security Operations

  • Support firewall configurations, VPN connectivity, and remote access systems
  • Monitor security systems including endpoint protection and threat detection tools
  • Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and identity management protocols
  • Support compliance initiatives aligned with HIPAA security requirements
  • Investigate and escalate security incidents

End-User & Operational Support

  • Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support to U.S.-based staff and radiologists
  • Support radiology workstations, diagnostic viewing systems, and remote login tools
  • Manage user devices, system configurations, and software deployments
  • Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations

24×7 Monitoring & Incident Response

  • Monitor system alerts and dashboards continuously during assigned shifts
  • Respond rapidly to outages and service disruptions
  • Escalate critical incidents to U.S. IT leadership when required
  • Support weekend and holiday coverage on rotation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in system administration or enterprise IT support
  • Strong experience with:
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)
  • Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote global team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or healthcare organizations
  • Familiarity with PACS, RIS, DICOM workflows, and imaging systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare data security standards (HIPAA)
  • Experience with:
  • AWS / Azure cloud platforms
  • PowerShell, Bash, or scripting automation
  • SIEM tools and cybersecurity monitoring
  • Endpoint detection and response systems
  • Industry certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA Security+
  • VMware VCP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
