Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Dictation Transcription & Editing: Accurately transcribing audio reports (discharge summaries, radiology reports, history and physical notes) from doctors, as well as editing drafts prepared by AI-powered speech recognition software.
- Clinical Data Management: Maintaining, organizing, and securing sensitive medical records (MRD - Medical Records Department).
- Data Analysis & Quality Check (QC): Reviewing transcribed reports for 98.5% accuracy, ensuring correct medical terminology, and checking for discrepancies or missing information.
- EMR/HIS Integration: Formatting and entering reports directly into the hospital's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Health Information System (HIS).
- Collaboration: Coordinating with doctors, radiology staff, and other healthcare professionals to clarify ambiguous reports.
- Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensuring all data handling is compliant with, or equivalent to, international and Indian health data confidentiality standards (e.g., NABH standards).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
