As an experienced Admin and Procurement professional overseeing office operations in Pune, MH, your role will be crucial in managing facility operations, procurement activities, vendor relations, security, and pantry services to ensure a cost-effective and efficient workplace environment.

- **Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Identify, vet, and onboard vendors for office supplies, IT assets, and facility services
- Negotiate terms to maintain a balance of quality and cost
- Maintain a database of preferred vendors, track performance, and manage renewals/contracts
- Ensure vendor agreements comply with company policies and local laws
- **Facility & Security Administration**
- Supervise security personnel and manage 24/7 coverage
- Maintain visitor logs and oversee surveillance/CCTV protocols
- Manage general repairs, AMC, fire safety equipment, and UPS systems
- **Pantry & Hospitality Services**
- Manage procurement and distribution of pantry supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met
- **General Administration**
- Maintain inventory of physical assets
- Verify invoices, manage admin budget, and coordinate with Finance for payments
