Role Description

This is a part-time Associate or Of Counsel position at Calderon Safran & Wright P.C. The candidate will be responsible for supporting intellectual property law matters, including patent preparation and prosecution in in AI, cloud computing, and software technologies, in addition to semiconductor technologies. Lateral hires would also be considered with portable business.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing original patent applications and prosecuting such applications before the USPTO
• Knowledge of intellectual property law, patents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer or software engineering or related field with an emphasis and knowledge knowledge in in AI, cloud computing, software technologies and semiconductor fabrication processes
• must be admitted to practice before the USPTO
• Portable business is a plus
