Assistant Café Manager – Cafe Miranda
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Cafe Miranda is looking for a proactive and reliable Assistant Café Manager to support daily operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day café operations
- Supervise and support front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and shift schedules
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Oversee POS operations, billing, and cash handling
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained
- Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems, billing, and basic reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and hands-on approach to work
Shift: Full-time.
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM/
12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
