Warehouse Assistant Manager

Experience : 8-10 years in Pharma Industry

Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Com / MBA (Supply Chain / Logistics )

1. Warehouse Operations Management

· Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of: Raw materials (RM) , Solvents & chemicals , Packing materials (PM) , Finished goods (FG)

· Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and status control (Approved/Rejected/Quarantine).

· Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices.

2. Inventory Control

· Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical materials.

· Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting.

· Reconcile physical vs system inventory.

· Minimize losses, damages, and expiries.

3. Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), SOPs.

· Maintain accurate documentation (GRN, issue slips, stock registers).

· Ensure audit readiness at all times.

· Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA.

4. Safety & Regulatory Compliance

· Ensure safe storage of hazardous chemicals and solvents.

· Maintain MSDS availability and proper segregation.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory audits (FDA, WHO, etc.).

5. Team Management

· Lead and supervise warehouse staff and storekeepers.

· Allocate duties and monitor performance.

· Conduct training on GMP, safety, and SOPs.

6. Coordination & Planning

· Coordinate with: Purchase for material planning , Production for material issuance , QA/QC for material release and sampling

· Ensure timely dispatch and inward operations.

7. Systems & Reporting

· Manage ERP systems.

· Generate MIS reports (stock status, consumption, aging inventory).

· Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
