The Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the flow of materials for the organization including receiving, packaging, and shipping of product. Within the framework of a team-based organization, the Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator will perform various physical and transactional process-based operations supporting production, programs, and development requirements of the business. Together with other team members, this individual will engage in the direction of the team by coordinating efforts, completing training, communicating status, and promoting change to improve team performance Responsibilities: Receives supplies, materials and equipment and compares against packing slips to ensure quantity and quality is correct and undamaged Arrange and Prepare products for shipment using most economical and efficient packing and shipping methods to ensure safe delivery Performs timely and efficient movement of inventory and error-free entry of all related transactions into ERP/ MRP system Ensure materials are stored and moved safely within the facility Maintain clean and organized inventory stock rooms Use of equipment such as Fork Lift, Reach lift, pallet jack, and various corporate vehicles Ability to obtain a corporate credit card and process payment for services provided Plan and carry out local deliveries using corporate equipment Meets productivity work standards while demonstrating competency in job skills and knowledge by completing scheduled work in allotted timeframe Effective communication with internal and external shareholders Works independently with limited supervision Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall logistics operations Qualifications: Required: 5+ years' experience with Logistics/Inventory Control Experience working with ERP/ MRP software (Infor LN, AssetSmart preferred) Experience in handling Government Property Familiarity with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations) Exceptional attention to detail Experience in supply chain/logistics functions - material planning, inventory management, and transportation Familiarity with International and Hazmat (Hazardous Materials) shipping Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid Driver's License w/ ability to obtain a DOT certification (annual physical) What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
