Job Description

1. Experience in a large organization administering, operating, maintaining and securing large-scale

2 enterprise desktop environments.

3. Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10, 11

4. Good working knowledge of Windows. MacOS a plus.

5. Strong working knowledge of Workstations, desktop, laptop, printers/fax, and peripherals, graphics

6cards and network cards.

7. Strong knowledge of PC/ Workstation builds. (MS SCCM and MS MDM)

8. Working knowledge of Active Directory 2003/8/12 R2, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, DNS,

9DHCP, Group Policy etc.

10. Basic troubleshooting knowledge of iPad, iPhone, Android and other smart technologies

11. Excellent working knowledge in asset / inventory management

12. Ability to maintain composure and focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.

13. Ability to adhere to a schedule of client appointments while adapting to customer requests.

14. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple language. 15. Strong Experience in Multi-Functional Printer troubleshooting

16. Flexibility to make schedule adjustments to cover before/after usual business hours or when other team

17members are unavailable.

18. Excellent verbal and written communication in English

19. Excellent customer service skill

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
