We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Instructional Design Interns to join our Learning & Development team and gain hands-on experience in designing impactful learning solutions.
What You'll Do
- Assist in developing content for eLearning courses and Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
- Create presentations, learner guides, and facilitator guides.
- Support storyboard development for interactive learning modules.
- Research, organize, and structure content into engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with team members on various learning and development projects.
What We're Looking For
- Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Hands on with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in content development, training, and instructional design.
