About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using ABA-based teaching methods

2. Implement behavioral skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction protocols

3. Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client behaviors and progress

4. Assist in parent and caregiver training as per individualized treatment plans

5. Communicate client progress effectively with parents and caregivers

6. Follow safe and appropriate handling procedures while working with clients

7. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information at all times

8. Support behavioral technicians, behavior analysts, and pediatric neurologists in clinical work

9. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment

10. Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams

11. Participate in training programs for continuous skill development

12. Assist in preparation of client-related clinical materials as required
