Simplified is hiring a motivated full-time Entry Level Sales Representative to join our sales campaign and represent our telecom partner in Calgary. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will engage in person with customers, execute field-based campaign initiatives, and drive consistent daily results while representing the telecom brand with utmost compliance.

Responsibilities Of The Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Execute direct outreach campaigns as an Entry Level Sales Representative by engaging with residential customers and offering tailored sales solutions based on their needs
• Present telecom products, services, and promotions clearly while utilizing approved campaign materials and messaging
• Support field campaign initiatives in assigned neighborhoods by following campaign strategies and territory plans
• Track daily activity levels, customer interactions, and performance metrics to monitor progress and productivity
• Deliver persuasive, well-structured presentations that encourage customer interest and engagement
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to implement effective sales strategies and improve campaign results
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets as an Entry Level Sales Representative through consistent effort and communication
• Represent the company and the clients professionally at all times, maintaining a positive image in every customer interaction
