You write the words that stop the scroll and start the sale. We need a copywriter who thinks in hooks and narratives — someone who can take a brand’s positioning and turn it into ad copy and scripts that perform, then brief influencers so their content actually converts. What you’ll do

Write scroll-stopping ad copy and video scripts for Meta and Google across our D2C clients.

Build narratives — not just lines — that carry a brand’s voice from hook to CTA.

Develop hooks, angles, and creative briefs for influencers and UGC creators, with clear guidelines they can run with.

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with performance marketers: write for the metric, iterate on what the data says wins.

Turn one idea into many — variations for testing, formats, and platforms. What we’re looking for

2–3 years writing engaging, high-performing ad copy for Meta and Google.

A genuine creative thinker who can apply structure to scripts and storytelling.

Strong instinct for hooks and narrative; you know why a piece of content stops the thumb.

Experience briefing influencers/creators is a strong plus.

D2C experience preferred.

Location: Kharadi, Pune — on-site for your first 3 months (6 days/week in office) (probation), then hybrid (minimum 4 days/week in office).
