We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a high-performing team. Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, food safety, and customer service standards
- Oversee POS systems for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Lead team management activities including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of food and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service
- Implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold excellent service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food quality control and menu execution
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Extensive restaurant management background with hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, interviewing, and training staff
- Background in fast food is preferred, barista or food industry experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of food handling regulations, kitchen operations, and customer service excellence
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting, with a focus on quality service delivery. Preference given to Burger King or related job experience
