Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead SAP SD / OTC S4 Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will support end-to-end sales processes, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP SD modules, including:
• Order Management
• Pricing & Discounts
• Shipping & Delivery
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit Management
• Availability Check (ATP)
• Work with cross-functional teams (MM, FI/CO, PP, WM) to ensure integrated processes.
• Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support.
• Document functional designs, configuration, and process flows.
• Support SAP rollouts, migrations, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with ABAP teams for RICEFW developments.
• Provide training and guidance to business users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP SD / OTC experience (implementation + support).
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Order-to-Cash lifecycle
• Pricing procedures
• Delivery & shipment processing
• Billing and credit/debit memos
• Output determination
• Intercompany & third-party sales
• Integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, PP modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data (Customer, Material, Pricing, Conditions).
• Experience writing functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
