Job Description

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft dynamics CRM.
  • Proficiency in designing solutions for integration with other Microsoft services (Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.).
  • Experience in implementing complex workflows, custom connectors, and APIs.
  • Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
  • Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team.
  • Work hand in hand with the Infosys, Microsoft and Client for any functional issues to track the progress of the project.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Design end-to-end solutions using CRM to meet client and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and craft custom solutions using dynamics CRM, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Develop scalable and secure applications and automation workflows using dynamics CRM
  • Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
  • Integrate dynamics solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint) and third-party platforms.
  • Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
  • Stay updated with the latest features of dynamics and advise on best practices and trends.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enable technical and non-technical teams to use CRM solutions effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dynamics implementations.
